- During collection launches or peak seasons, please allow additional time to ensure quality and care.

- Same-Day Delivery: Available in select areas. Eligibility and cut-off times are shown at checkout.
- Standard Delivery: Orders typically arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on your location.
💰 Shipping Fees
- Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on your delivery address.
- Free standard shipping on all orders above 2,900 EGP.
- Same-day delivery incurs an additional fee, clearly displayed at checkout.

Every order is wrapped in tissue paper and placed in our signature Misk box — minimal, elegant, and protective.
Optional Gift Packaging is available at checkout for an additional fee, and includes:

For your safety and hygiene, all parcels are securely sealed and cannot be opened upon delivery. This ensures the cleanliness, authenticity, and integrity of every item you receive.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
